Students will learn:
- key figures in the folk revival and their influences
- an understanding of how the modern day folk music scene has been informed by "the great folk scare" of the 60's
- arrangements of some of the instructor's favorite songs of the era, perhaps reinterpreted for the modern folk musician
Some singing experience is recommended. Open to ages 15 and up
