Students will:

Learn optimal seating and how to keep the instrument on your lap

Understand dulcimer terminology

Learn how to tune your instrument

Practice keeping basic time and strumming with a pick.

Learn fingering with simple chords

Learn fun and easy traditional folk and fiddle tunes

Experience playing by ear, music on paper will be provided for support
