Instructor: Haley Shields

Haley is a vocalist and acoustic guitarist from Southern Indiana whose musical inspiration ranges from classic folk to modern pop music. She became interested in music early, singing since childhood, and starting mandolin lessons at 11. She then switched to guitar at 13 and has been playing for over a decade. Haley spent several years performing at festivals, farmers' markets, and various venues in the Louisville area. She is currently focusing on adding new instruments to her repertoire, including electric guitar, banjo, and piano. Haley is a former student of the Louisville Folk School, and is so excited to return to the school as a guitar and ukulele teacher.
