Louisville Folk School is a 501C3 nonprofit with a mission to engage the folk music traditions of Kentuckians through education and performance, build on the rich cultural history of the bluegrass state, while creating community through the arts. Louisville Folk School's programming is made possible by your financial support.
The Kentucky Arts Council, the state arts agency, provides operating support to Louisville Folk School with state tax dollars and federal funding from the National Endowment for the Arts.

The IBMA Foundation supports programs and initiatives that foster the growth of bluegrass music. The Foundation helps donors create a bluegrass legacy through charitable donations and planned giving
