Instructor: Juliana Rodríguez

Juliana Rodriguez is a professional singer-songwriter from Bogotá, Colombia, now based in the United States. With over 25 years of experience performing and recording across genres ranging from Classic Rock to Flamenco, and more than 15 years teaching vocal technique, piano, music theory, and songwriting, Juliana brings both depth and versatility to her work as an artist and educator.

Her vocal technique is shaped by opera, jazz, bossa nova, rock, Latin, and soul, and she is passionate about exploring the voice through interpretation and physical expression. In her teaching, Juliana guides students to connect deeply with their own sound, adapting methods and exercises to meet each individual’s needs.

In addition to her music career, Juliana currently serves as Executive Director of Adelante Hispanic Achievers, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering Hispanic/Latinx youth through educational preparedness, career exploration, cultural awareness, and community engagement.
