CLASS REFUNDS AND SCHOOL CREDITS

Full refunds or full school credits are available until 24 hours before your 1st class begins. If you phone to cancel your registration 24 hours before your 2nd or 3rd class begins, a partial prorated school credit can be given. If your class has met 3 times or it is less than 24 hours before your 3rd class, no school credit is available.

Refunds are not applicable to concerts or workshops unless made at least 24 hours before the event.

 CANCELLATIONS

Louisville Folk School reserves the right to cancel a class due to insufficient registration. Our group classes are an excellent value and are designed to strengthen the community by connecting students to folks with similar interests, however, we need a minimum of four students in each class for the class to be financially sustainable - please invite your friends to enroll in a class with you! Classes without sufficient registration at the end of the first class will be cancelled and you may be issued a refund or school credit, but, we would love to help you to find an alternate class to join.

CLASSES

The curriculum is designed to encourage each student to master the skills taught at each individual class level. Folk School instructors will help guide their students as to which next class would be best for them. Students are encouraged to stay in a class until their skill level is appropriate for the next class level. It can be very beneficial to take a particular class more than once to ensure a solid foundation before moving on to the next level.
