Dulcimer Ensemble with Molly McCormack

The Dulcimer Ensemble sessions are for mountain dulcimer players who wish to further hone their playing and performance skills with a goal of performing for live audiences. While some new repertoire may be introduced, the focus will be on creating unique arrangements, improving right and left hand techniques, continued ear training, and honing performance skills.

In this session, we’ll explore multiple variations of familiar tunes to make them feel fresh. Learn what works best and what doesn't when playing in a group.
These sessions are geared for intermediate mountain dulcimer players ages 15 years and above.
